The biggest Consumer Electronics Show takes place in Vegas every year - they have big LED screens, more screens and still more screens, enough to make you dizzy.

Saw it on CNN today but it didn't look so grand like on your shots. Probably cause they focused on micro gadgets.
ReplyDeleteOooh, I'd like to see that. More interesting than the big car show theya re having here in Detroit!
ReplyDeleteI know CES! Judging by your pictures they are trying desperately to be creative, with quite good results!
ReplyDeleteIt certainly does look like something out of a sci-fi film.
ReplyDeleteNice snaps. They have been arranged beautifully.
ReplyDeletegreat photos!
ReplyDeleteCome and visit my place if you have the time!
have a great day!

ReplyDeletea friend of mine's son attended this event...he works for an abc affiliate in nyc.
ReplyDeletehave a fab week.
Wow! Dizzy is the word for the day all right! Great captures, defintely colorful and definitely sooooo Las Vegas! Great post, fun shots! Have a good week!

I am not into gadgets per se but I would love to browse and see what's coming up in the stores in the coming months.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.
I just heard a man being interviewed about this on NPR yesterday. He said the 3D televisions were pretty neat. Did you get to see them?
ReplyDeleteI love the color and pattern in your shots, W! Great captures. PS Who knows why operating tables are so narrow - thank goodness I'm skinny! Thanks for you good wishes. I appreciate them.
ReplyDeleteYes, I saw the 3D TV's. It's a fad that will come and go quicker than the hula hoop. Can't imagine watching Alex Trebek in 3D, with a pair of unwieldy goggles. That sort of thing makes me nauseous anyway.
ReplyDeleteGreat shots! Technology presented so well. I don't watch TV too much other than news channels, so flat panel or not doesn't matter much. And these 3D ones, children are enthusiastic I know.
ReplyDeleteLike stained glass windows everywhere.
ReplyDeleteI understand this event is timed to coincide with a exhibition from the pornography industry each year.

One big WOW for each photo! They are brilliant!
ReplyDeleteSo bright and glitzy.
ReplyDelete...incredibly"technique"......; certainly affascinating; YOUR pics of this actually very "cold" theme are FANTASTIC....you make look even the TV's brilliant..!
ReplyDeleteCOMPLIMENTS!!!!!!!!
