Futuristic Aria At City Center
The centerpiece of City Center, the Aria, is giant in size and artistry. The entrance to the spa is dreamy, the lobby is huge and dwarfs waiting customers and the floor you don't see until you go up a level.

Is it me or do you kind of get the feeling the whole place is disjointed? I can't really but my finger on it...Anyway congrats on the upcoming 1 year mark. This is a great blog, you have a great eye.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year.
Wow - fantastic pictures! The supports look like enormous trees!
ReplyDeleteUnique place :-)
ReplyDeleteVery special and modern !!
Beautiful snaps.
ReplyDeleteLoved those non-uniform pillars in the first snap.
I'm not sure to like the first one, but the other two are spectacular. You are right, they dwarf everything.

You are right, people look like dwarfs in this enormous thing !
ReplyDeleteIt is grand and makes you feel small. Beautiful pictures.
ReplyDeleteVery interesting architecture. Happy New Year ahead to you and yours.
ReplyDeleteLovely shots -- pretty and soft as are most of your photos.
ReplyDeleteHi W, I got a little vertigo looking over the rail with you! It is a vast space indeed. Happy New Year - keep safe.
ReplyDeleteThe more I see the more I like this place! Fabulous perspectives (as you got us used to)!
ReplyDeleteMo, I think the place was rushed to finish, but the decorating motifs are constant- glass, wood, green cones, textured walls. I've been there twice and still haven't seen the half of it. Makes a nice change from the regular, paper mache casinos.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely futuristic! WOW! Strange and interesting!
ReplyDeleteThe floor was really fun and stylish. Cool. That first entrance pic feels a bit like Finland. I could see that here with those wooden sculptures and that form language.
ReplyDeleteStunning.
ReplyDeleteA belated Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year!
