Parking Garage Art At The Cosmopolitan



Cunningly, the Cosmopolitan hired artists to cover their parking garage with graffiti, before real graffiti could appear.

    That first photo stopped me in my tracks, well, scrolling is more accurate.

    A sign of the times, I'd say.
