  1. That middle shot is unreal - looks as if the casino is in the middle of a beach.. well, almost!

  2. As weird as it sounds what made me want to see Vegas is CSI.

  3. The third shot is beautiful. It looks like the star studded Earth.

  4. Vegas certainly has its own beauty, doesn't it? That last shot is stunning!

We planned a couple of days in Vegas as an afterthought to a holiday in the area, not expecting to like it much. We loved it! Neither of us are gamblers, but you don't have to be, do you? Magical place.

  7. All three are amazing, but the sky in the second one grabs me.

Where did you take the third one from? The Eiffel Tower or?

  8. Actually, it's the Stratosphere. It doesn't have the great views it used to have, because that awful Fontainebleu is blocking most of the Strip now.

  9. I always appreciate your photos - your world is very different from mine. I'm wondering where you were when you took that last pic? Hiking at night perhaps?

  11. The last shot was great - such a huge cluster of lights! We have none at all here!

  12. Great shots of the city, especially the second one with the sunset! Thanks for your comments on my birds. As for stopping the hummingbirds wings, a good camera should get close. Check this one I took last year with camera in auto mode. For some real high speed photography go to MIT's Edgerton Center.

  13. I love the third picture; looks like there are diamonds and rubies sparkling everywhere!

Thank you for your comment on my blog. Dubai beach is open for everyone, everyday - except during Wednesdays - when it's exclusively for women and children :)
