The Morelli House, built in 1958 by the Sands orchestra conductor, has been perfectly preserved down to the red linoleum in the kitchen and the vinyl banquette dining table.
I wish I'd seen that house when I was in town. ...mid-century perfection! We didn't have such posh stuff in the '50s and 60s but I do love it even now. Thanks for the peek! Suzi
What a fun look back -- who am I kidding??? Who in the hell wants to admit they can look that far back without cringing??? Great post as always! Have a great week!
Too bad about the microwave! At least I think it's a microwave.

Eagle-eyed Crash has spotted a microwave - yes, too bad it's not maroon.

ReplyDeleteGreat to look back - not so sure I'd want that kitchen in real life though.
ReplyDeleteLove the living room area. I could live in that room. The kitchen is a different story altogether. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWell, I think it is a great kitchen: It can cook soup, make coffee, and reheat stuff.
